Weekend work but flexibility advantageous
This is a high paced customer service focussed role based within a luxury beauty store.
You must be able to:
Assist the customer in making their choice and suggest new products or promotions to suit their needs.
Have the ability to follow company guidelines and policy and procedures is necessary.
Create brand loyalty and encourage return customers.
Create rapport with customers.
Exceed customer expectations.
Support the store team and management in achieving store budgets.
Develop good product knowledge to further enhance the customers shopping experience.
Previous customer facing role is essential.
Experience of working in a luxury brand would be advantageous.
Being a team player to help achieve targets set.
Being passionate about our brand and beauty in general.
Must be confident and outgoing.
Ability to exceed expectations.
Rate of Pay: £7.50ph
