Our founder, Peter Boizot, said ‘keep it simple’. And that’s exactly what we’ve
done for the last 50 years.
Naturally, we evolve our menu to keep it fresh and exciting. But the
fundamentals of our food will always remain the same: simple, great-quality
ingredients coupled with beautiful dough (and plenty of passion).
We talk about ‘getting it right every time’ too. And it’s only through
simplicity that we can do that, to make sure that every experience with us is
as good as the last. So even with 500+ restaurants worldwide and new ones
popping up all the time – and our team growing to almost 10,000 strong – everything
that comes out of our kitchens will always be, well, consistently brilliant.

A menu full of choice
Over the years, we’ve come up with heaps of fresh
ways to put a smile on our customers’ faces. And, more recently, added new menu
options so everyone can eat with us.
So if you’re looking for something lighter, try
our Leggera range – it tastes just as delicious as the rest of the menu, but
has fewer calories. Or if you can’t eat gluten, you won’t ever have to miss out
again; because our gluten-free range covers starters, dough balls, salads,
desserts – and even beer. We’ve even gone as far as introducing gluten-free
flour into all of our restaurants and specially training our staff.
We’re going to carry on trying new things, being creative and
listening to what you want, so we’re proud (and you’re excited) of everything
that comes out of our kitchens. That said, even today we still marvel at what
you can do with the humble dough ball!
