A message to our customers

Here at Gretna Gateway, the health and well being of our customers and staff continues to be our top priority. We are following government guidelines and working closely with our retailers to begin opening stores from Monday 29th June.

You will notice some changes when shopping with us which we would like to update you on ahead of your visit.

From Friday 10th July wearing a face covering will become mandatory in all shops in Scotland. Please be prepared for this when you arrive at Gretna Gateway and bring your mask with you to ensure access to all stores.

Gretna Gateway will be operating an In and Out system on site, please enter the mall at the South gate, closest to Nike and Next, and leave by the North gate, by M&S and Costa.

Disabled Access: If you are disabled, require wheelchair hire or need any other assistance on arrival, you are permitted to enter through any gate, please speak to a member of our Guest Information team who will be happy to help. Please note our wheelchairs are hired on a first come, first served basis, and will be disinfected after each use.

Polite Notice: During this time we have made the decision to make the mall a no smoking or vaping zone.

Our Guest Services team will be at each gate to help guide you.

There will be a restricted number of customers allowed on the mall at one time to allow social distancing measures to be safely followed and a queuing system will be in place.

We will reduce touch points as much as possible for your safety and wellbeing. Please note there will be no outdoor seating throughout the mall at all, this includes outside of our cafes and restaurants.

Our public toilets are open, with social distancing measures in place and an increase in cleaning.

The playpark will remain closed until further notice.

The cleaning team will continue to disinfect touch point areas regularly, and hand sanitising stations will be installed for you to use throughout the mall, as well as in stores.

We ask that anyone visiting with dogs to please keep them on a short lead.

Our stores will be operating in line with company policies, every store will have a queuing system for your safety, which we ask all customers to be mindful of. Some larger stores will be operating one-way systems.

We ask that all procedures put in place by our retailers and teams are followed respectfully.
