A message to our customers
Here at Gretna Gateway, the health and well-being of our customers and staff continues to be our top priority. We are following Scottish government guidelines and working closely with our retailers to ensure that you can safely enjoy your experience with us.
You will notice some changes when shopping with us which we would like to update you on ahead of your visit.
Entering and Exiting the Mall
There will be a restricted number of customers allowed on the mall at one time to allow social distancing measures to be safely followed and queuing systems will be in place.
After closely monitoring and reviewing our social distancing policies since reopening in June, our Central and South mall gates will now be open for entrance and exit from the mall.
To safely accommodate queuing systems, the North Mall gate by Costa and M&S will remain exit only.
All gates will be manned by a member of our Guest Services Team.
If you are disabled, require wheelchair hire or need any other assistance on arrival, you are permitted to enter through any gate, please speak to a member of our Guest Services team who will be happy to help.
Please note our wheelchairs are hired on a first come, first served basis, and will be disinfected after each use.
Face coverings are mandatory in all stores for everyone over the age of 5 years old, unless you are medically exempt, as per Scottish Government guidance.
Our public toilets are open, with social distancing measures in place and an increase in cleaning.
Smoking or Vaping is no longer permitted within the mall gates, and we thank you for your cooperation on this.
The playpark will remain closed until further notice.
If you choose to dine in one of our restaurants, it is mandatory to leave a contact name and telephone number for track and trace purposes; these are largely managed by QR codes, so please be prepared with a mobile device to avoid any disappointment.
To use a QR code: open your camera on your smartphone, hover the camera over the code and click on the pop up notification to enter your details.
The cleaning team will continue to disinfect touch point areas regularly, and hand sanitising stations are installed for you to use throughout the mall, as well as in stores.
We ask that anyone visiting with dogs to please keep them on a short lead.
Our stores will be operating in line with company policies, every store will have a queuing system for your safety, which we ask all customers to be mindful of. Some larger stores are operating one-way systems.
We ask that all procedures put in place by our retailers and teams in order to allow you to shop safely are followed respectfully.
