Here at Gretna Gateway we are proud to help support our local community during these difficult times.

Newstart Recycle is a wonderful community-based, not for profit organisation based in Annan who’s goal is to support the community, tackle poverty and reduce waste.

This winter in support of Dumfries and Galloway Anti Poverty Strategy they will be running their warm winter clothing appeal, where you can donate winter clothing that will go directly to families who need it at no cost.

If you would like to donate winter clothes to Newstart Recycle, Gretna Gateway will be running a donation drop off point at the centre located in our Guest Information Hub at our middle gate entrance.

All clothing donations must be clean and in good condition, you can donate clothes for adults and children.

Please note due to Covid-19 we will be isolating donations for up to 3 days before they are collected by Newstart Recycle.

This is a community based venture, managed by local people offering services to local people, if you would like to find out more about Newstart Recycle you can visit their website or Facebook page.
