Reliable and professional Front desk Receptionist who will perform a variety of tasks at to keep our clients and customers well informed and maintain a highly visible presence. Visitors to the center are at the heart of what we do, as such you are required to maintain a high level of customer focus at all times.

Working times will be close to office hours Monday – Friday.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure the highest standard of customer service is maintained onsite by following these guidelines.

o Be first to smile and make eye contact.

o Great and welcome Guests

o Take pride in your appearance

o Own your workplace

o Be positive and enthusiastic

o Respond quickly and accurately

o Thank customers where possible

Be available to provide greeting duties on the entrance gates as part of a rotation and on request, in doing so, provide a high level of customer service and ensure customers follow Covid guidance.

At all times be aware of your body language whilst on duty.

Carry out office-based duties as and when required in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations

Act lawfully always whilst on our client’s premises

Complete any reasonable management instruction as directed by Andron or Client Management

Person Specification:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Honest and trustworthy
  • Ability to stay calm in difficult situations
  • Excellent communication skills and Customer focus
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Flexibility and patience

Salary: £9.00 per hour
