Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
POSITION SCOPE EXCEED SALES AND PROFITABILITY TARGETS – Responsible for achieving personal or team sales goals & key metrics: Sales, Conversion & Units per transaction – Adhere to all company policy & procedures including Health & Safety – Understand the key metrics and how your performance impacts the results – Request advice and coaching improve your contribution – Adopt a safe attitude to your work – Work with pace & energy in all you do – Contribute to stores success with effective communication & teamwork.
INSPIRE AND DEVELOP THE TEAM – Convey the RL experience in all you do – Be responsible for your personal contribution to the team and store – Own your personal development plan; look for ways to continuously improve – Deliver great service and performance – Represent RL through impeccable dress and grooming standards RL.
EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE MODEL – Deliver an exceptional RL experience to all customers – Connect with all customers; provide a welcoming environment and elevated service experience through positive words and actions – Demonstrate a customer first culture at all times – Contribute to the stores success with effective communication and teamwork – Be responsible for updating personnel knowledge of product layout, ranges and concepts – Be able to describe product ranges, concepts, features and benefits – Inspire the customer to buy, provide advice, offer alternatives and upsell additional products – Optimize opportunities at the dressing room / on the sales floor to sell and upsell – Ensure dressing rooms are ready for customers by promptly clearing merchandise and ensuring its clean for our customers – Conclude the experience and provide a lasting positive impression – Manage customer queries positively and professionally.
BRAND PRESENTATION AND OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY – Manage tasks energetically and efficiently – Maintain brand presentation and retail standards through recovery and maintenance – Seek out and understand current promotions and events – Learn Ralph Lauren systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and building of the customer data base – Build knowledgeable to perform sales support functions
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE – Enthusiastic and friendly disposition with an interest in fashion – Be a good Team Player – Good verbal and Actively listens to build Relationships with others – Open to learning and developing new skills – Understand and apply new information, ideas and concepts – Able to Juggle priorities, flexibility and adaptability regarding daily tasks and duties – Attention to detail – Ability to Resolve issues quickly and work under pressure in fast paced environment – Cultural awareness – Some customer service experience in a fast-paced environment would be advantageous, however full training will be given.
