Position Overview
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is presented to the highest standard through product availability and presentation
customers
Providing exceptional customer service as a register or dressing room Host.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assists customers using knowledge of store products; responds to various straight forward customer requests
Provides information on products to customers and makes product recommendations
Escalates customer issues to more senior team members
Impacts the sales results and overall customer experience of the assigned merchandise area
Demonstrates the RL selling Culture Sales Model

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

• Previous exposure within a retail environment would be of interest

• Take Initiative and learn consistently

• Ability to adapt to change

• Required language: local language, English language a plus.
